Returns and Exchanges
Items that do not suit you must be returned to us in their original packaging (not worn, washed or damaged) within 14 days from the date of receipt of your order. Beyond this period, no item can be refunded or exchanged.
The items must be returned in new condition (neither worn, washed or damaged) and being for sale, in its original packaging with the labels attached to the items and accompanied by a return form, at the address indicated on this return slip.
Items returned incomplete, damaged, worn or soiled will not be taken back.
Returns are only valid on products purchased on our site and not in stores or at our resellers.
In the absence of a return form, Escandelle will not be able to refund the returned items.

In the event of a request for reimbursement of the order, the return costs are the responsibility of the customer . Escandelle will refund you the amount of your returned order, excluding delivery costs , within a period less than or equal to 14 days following the date of receipt of the returned package. Return costs will be automatically deducted from the refund .
The returned item will be refunded to the customer within a maximum period of thirty days from its receipt by Escandelle. It is up to the customer to keep any proof of return, namely a return by registered parcel or by any other means giving a certain date to its dispatch.
The refund will be made by crediting the amount to be refunded to the customer's bank account debited during the transaction.
The refund is only valid on products purchased on our site and not in stores or at our resellers.
Exchanges are not possible on our site . For an exchange of size, color or product, we invite you to return the part(s) to us by requesting a return and placing an order again on our site.
The item must be returned in new condition, in its original packaging and accompanied by a return slip, to the following address:

If you are shipping an item worth more than €75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or insuring your shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
