Returns & Exchanges
Items that do not suit you must be returned in their original packaging (neither worn, nor washed or damaged) within 14 days from the date of receipt of your order.
Beyond this period, no item can be refunded or exchanged and the label sent will be cancelled.

Exchanges :
To make an exchange, please do not make a return request on the website, as this will result in a refund, with deduction of shipping costs, which remain the responsibility of the customer.
For an exchange, please contact us beforehand by email at: eshop@escandelle.fr After validation with our team, you can return the item at your own expense. Upon receipt, we will send the new item, at our expense.
We remain at your disposal to assist you in this process.
Return conditions :
Items must be returned in new condition (neither worn, nor washed or damaged) and in saleable condition, in their original packaging with tags attached to the items and accompanied by a return slip, to the address indicated on this return slip.
Incomplete, damaged, worn or soiled items will not be accepted for return.
Returns are only valid for products purchased on our website and not in store or from our resellers.
In the absence of a return slip, Escandelle Paris will not be able to refund returned items.

Returns with goodies
Gifted item:
When you make a purchase, you receive one or more free gifts, subject to conditions (scrunchie, mirror, pouch, clip and tote bag).
In case of return:
- If you return your entire order with all gifted goodies in their original and unused condition, the product will be fully refunded.
- If the return is made without the gifted goodies despite you having returned all ordered items, or if they are damaged, opened or used, the goodies will be charged to you. Their value will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Value of goodies:
In case of a return without goodies, the amount withheld corresponds to the catalog price of each gifted item, as indicated on our store at the time of your purchase.
How to avoid this deduction?
Remember to include all received goodies in your return package, in their original packaging and unused.
Refund policy :
In case of a refund request for the order, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Escandelle Paris will refund the amount of your returned order, excluding shipping and return costs, within 14 days of the date of receipt of the returned package. Return costs will be automatically deducted from the refund.
The returned item will be refunded to the customer within a maximum of thirty days from its receipt by Escandelle Paris. It is the customer's responsibility to keep any proof of return, i.e. a return by registered parcel or by any other means providing a definite date of dispatch.
The refund will be made by crediting the amount to be refunded to the customer's bank account debited during the transaction.
The refund is only valid for products purchased on our website and not in store or from our resellers.
Shipping :
The item must be returned in new condition, in its original packaging and accompanied by a return slip, to the following address:

If you are shipping an item over €75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
