Refund policy

Refund terms: 

In the event of a request for a refund of the order, return costs shall be borne by the customer. Escandelle will refund the amount of your returned order, excluding delivery costs, within a period of no more than 14 days following the date of receipt of the returned parcel. Return costs will be automatically deducted from the refund.

The returned item will be refunded to the customer within a maximum of thirty days of its receipt by Escandelle. It is the customer's responsibility to keep any proof of return, namely a return by registered parcel or by any other means providing a certain date of dispatch.

The refund will be made by crediting the amount to be refunded to the customer's bank account debited at the time of the transaction.

Refunds are only valid for products purchased on our website and not in store or from our resellers.
