Refund policy
Refund methods :
In the event of a request for a refund of the order, the return costs are the responsibility of the customer. Escandelle will refund you the amount of your returned order, excluding delivery costs, within 14 days or less from the date of receipt of the returned package. Return costs will be automatically deducted from the refund.
The returned item will be refunded to the customer within a maximum of thirty days from its receipt by Escandelle. It is the customer's responsibility to keep any proof of return, namely a return by registered package or by any other means giving a certain date to his shipment.
The refund will be made by crediting the amount to be refunded to the customer's bank account debited during the transaction.
The refund is only valid on products purchased on our site and not in stores or at our retailers.
