And: Any person wishing to make a purchase via the Seller’s website at https://escandelle.com/, hereinafter referred to as "the Client" or "the Buyer"
ON THE OTHER HAND.
1. Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale aim to define the contractual relationship between the Seller and the Client, and the conditions applicable to any purchase made through the Seller's merchant site https://escandelle.com/, hereinafter referred to as "the Site".
Under these Terms and Conditions, the Client is prohibited from purchasing products for resale, within the meaning of Article L 110-1 of the French Commercial Code.
The Client must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity or hold parental authorization allowing them to place an order on the Site.
The acquisition of a product through the Site implies full and unreserved acceptance by the Client of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. These shall prevail over any other general or specific conditions of the Client.
The Seller reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. However, it is agreed that the Conditions applicable to the Client will be those in effect on the date of their order on the Site.
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are the exclusive property of the Seller. Any reproduction, even partial, is strictly prohibited.
2. The Site
2.1 Escandelle.com (hereinafter the "Site") is an e-commerce site accessible via the Internet at https://escandelle.com/and is open to any user of this network.
2.2 The Site offers for sale a variety of clothing and accessories for women (hereinafter the "Product(s)") to Internet users browsing the Site (hereinafter the "User(s)"). For the purposes hereof, it is agreed that the User and Escandelle Paris shall collectively be referred to as the "Parties" and individually as the "Party," and that the User who has validated an order shall be referred to as the "Buyer." The rights and obligations of the User necessarily apply to the Buyer.
2.3 Escandelle Paris reminds that the Products are exclusively dedicated to the personal use of the Buyer, without any direct relationship to the Buyer's professional activity. Escandelle Paris reserves the right to refuse the execution of the order.
2.4 Any order of a Product offered on the Site implies the consultation and express acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale by checking the box provided for this purpose before any order. In accordance with the provisions of Articles 1316 to 1316-4 of the French Civil Code, the validation of the order constitutes an electronic signature which has, between the Parties, the same value as a handwritten signature.
2.5 The purpose of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale is to define the rights and obligations of the Parties arising from the online sale of Products offered on the Site.
3. Products and Services
The products available on Escandelle Paris are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy. However, errors or omissions may occur, which the Client acknowledges and accepts.
4. Orders

Any order placed on the site is considered firm and final after payment validation.

The Seller reserves the right to refuse an order for legitimate reasons (stock issues, fraud, spam, etc.).
5. Prices and Payment Methods

Prices are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included (TTC/VAT).

Shipping costs are indicated during the ordering process.

Payments can be made by credit card, PayPal, or any other means offered on the site (ShopPay, etc.).
6. Delivery

Products are delivered to the address indicated by the Client when ordering.

The Seller agrees to respect the indicated delivery times, except in cases of force majeure.

Shipping costs and methods are specified before the validation of the order.
7. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the provisions of European Directive 2011/83/EU and French legislation (Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code):

The Client has a period of 14 days from the receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal.

To exercise this right, the Client must contact the Seller via https://escandelle.com/apps/return_prime or eshop@escandelle.fr. Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized products or those likely to deteriorate rapidly.
8. Legal Warranties
Products sold on Escandelle.com benefit from:

The legal warranty of conformity (Articles L217-4 to L217-14 of the Consumer Code).

The warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 to 1649 of the Civil Code). For any claim, the Client may contact eshop@escandelle.fr.
9. Personal Data
Escandelle.com collects and processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and French law.

The collected data is used solely for order management and improving customer service.

The Client has a right to access, modify, and delete their data by contacting Escandelle Paris.
10. Disputes and Applicable Law

These T&Cs are governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution before resorting to the competent courts.
