My account

How to create an account?

You have to :
1. Click on “my account”
2. On the identification page, enter your email address and a password
3. Click on “I create my account” to complete your account
You will receive an account creation confirmation email. Your identifiers are necessary to identify you and place an order securely on our e-shop.

How can I update my personal information ?

You must log in to your account and click on “My personal information” to:
- change your email address
- Change your password
- or update your personal data
To modify your delivery address(es) and/or billing address(es), you must click on “My address book”, select the address in question and click on “Modify”.

What should I do if my email address already exists?

This means that you have already created an account with this address. If you do not remember the associated password, you must click on “Forgotten password”, then enter your email address to instantly receive a password reset link by email.

If you do not receive this email, check your spam folder. If this does not work, please contact Customer Service directly .

How do I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact Customer Service with your order reference.

Once the order has been shipped it will be impossible for you to cancel it , you will have to wait to receive it before returning it to us.

Can I modify my order?

Once your order has been validated, it is unfortunately no longer possible to modify it ! If your order has not yet been shipped, you can contact us to cancel it.

I have not received all the items in my order, what should I do?

If your order is not complete upon receipt, we invite you first to consult your email to check whether you have received an email from our customer service notifying you that one of the items included in your order was no longer available.

If this is the case, the full amount of the unavailable items will be refunded to you using the same payment method you used during the purchase. If you have not received any email, please contact our customer service who will respond to you as soon as possible.

Items received are not correct or have a defect. What should I do ?

If one of the items you received has a defect or is different from that purchased, we invite you to contact our Customer Service directly accompanied by a photo of the product received. We will then verify these and can, if you wish, make an exchange or refund of the product depending on availability. To complete the return procedures, it is essential to complete the return form and attach it to your package.

Is it possible to make an exchange?

We do not offer item exchanges on the eshop . For a new size, color or another model, we invite you to return the model and place a new order on our site.

I cannot make a return

If you cannot make a return on your own, please contact our customer service, we will be happy to enlighten you on this subject and provide you with assistance.

What is the maximum time limit for making a return?

You have a total period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt of the products to return all or part of your order that does not give you satisfaction.

In the event of abnormal or abusive returns, Escandelle Paris reserves the right not to accept the return and to refuse a subsequent order.
