You have to :
1. Click on “my account”
2. On the identification page, enter your email address and a password
3. Click on “I create my account” to complete your account
You will receive an account creation confirmation email. Your identifiers are necessary to identify you and place an order securely on our e-shop.
You must log in to your account and click on “My personal information” to:
- change your email address
- Change your password
- or update your personal data
To modify your delivery address(es) and/or billing address(es), you must click on “My address book”, select the address in question and click on “Modify”.
This means you've already created an account with this email address. If you don't remember the associated password, you'll need to click "Forgot Password" and enter your email address to instantly receive a password reset link by email.
If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder. If this does not work, please contact Customer Service directly .
My command
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact Customer Service with your order reference.
Once the order has been shipped, you will not be able to cancel it; you will have to wait until you receive it before returning it to us.
Once your order has been confirmed, it is unfortunately no longer possible to modify it! If your order has not yet been shipped, you can contact us to cancel it.
If your order is not complete upon receipt, we invite you to first check your email to see if you have received an email from our customer service notifying you that one of the items included in your order was no longer available.
If this is the case, the full amount of the unavailable items will be refunded to you using the same payment method you used for the purchase. If you have not received an email, please contact our customer service who will respond as soon as possible.
If one of the items you received is defective or different from the one you purchased, we invite you to contact our Customer Service directly with a photo of the product received. We will then verify the items and may, if you wish, exchange or refund the product depending on availability. To complete the return process, it is essential to complete the return form and include it with your package.
Returns and Exchanges
To make a return, simply click here and complete the required information.
We do not offer item exchanges on the eshop. For a new size, color or another model, we invite you to return the model and place a new order on our site.
If you cannot make a return on your own, please contact our customer service, we will be happy to enlighten you on this subject and provide you with assistance.
You have a total period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt of the products to return all or part of your order if it does not satisfy you.
In the event of abnormal or abusive returns, Escandelle Paris reserves the right not to accept the return and to refuse a subsequent order.
Interviews & products
Our products are true to size. Generally, we recommend choosing your usual size. However, a small icon will be visible on the product page if the product runs larger than usual. We recommend referring to our size guide and customer service to confirm your choice. We respond quickly.
If your jacket has a slight odor upon receipt, this is due to the properties of the material used. This is only a temporary phenomenon and will disappear quickly after airing.
Once you have washed it by hand, let the parka soak and dry it in a well-ventilated room (see care guide ).
