If you are still unsure about which size to take, do not hesitate to contact us by email eshop@escandelle.fr . We will be happy to advise you.
- Is it possible to make an exchange? We do not offer exchanges of items on the eshop. For a new size, color or another model, we invite you to return the model and place a new order on our site.
- How do I cancel my order? If you wish to cancel an order, please contact customer service with your order reference. Once the order has been shipped it will be impossible for you to cancel it, you will have to wait to receive it before returning it to us.
- Can I modify my order? Once your order has been validated, it is unfortunately no longer possible to modify it! If your order has not yet been shipped, you can contact us to cancel it.
- I have not received all the items of my purchase. What should I do ? If your order is not complete upon receipt, we invite you first of all to consult your mailbox to check if you have not received an email from our customer service notifying you that one of the items included in your order was no longer available. If so, the full amount of the unavailable items will be refunded to you using the same payment method you used when purchasing. If you have not received any e-mail, please contact our customer service who will answer you as soon as possible.

The items received are not correct or have a defect. What should I do ? If one of the items you received has a defect or is different from the one purchased, we invite you to contact our customer service directly along with a photo of the product received. We will thus proceed to the verification of these and can, if you wish, make an exchange or a refund of the product depending on availability. To complete the return procedures, it is essential to complete the return form and attach it to your package.
